The helpful staff aided my visit. The Tower Hill Underground station sits very close to the building. Next time I will certainly book here. The room included a minikitchen. The bathroom featured a good shower. The beds allowed deep sleep. The breakfast is great. This breakfast stands as one of the best. Location is excellent. It makes moving around easy.
Lifts take a while.

my stay extended over four nights, and i found the location excellent. the proximity to transport links made travel straightforward. i particularly appreciated the modern suite design, it provided a spacious area. i was a business traveler, and the room was great.
the lifts were slow. the wait times sometimes impacted my schedule. it was a slight inconvenience during my otherwise seamless stay, but manageable overall.

Breakfast is lovely. One of the best i have ever had. the quality was consistent, and the variety met diverse tastes. Fresh ingredients are used. it was a great way to start each day.

i found the rooms very spacious, particularly by city standards. my room included a microwave, kitchen sink, and cutlery, quite useful. the bathroom was also very spacious and well-lit. the connection to the subway stations and buses was excellent.
I noticed the customer service seemed inconsistent. Better communication among the staff could improve the guest experience. there were some requests that required follow-up to ensure they were completed. this caused a little frustration .
